Morris Richards Associates was founded by Morris Richards in 1986 who serves as company Director.
The practice is committed to environmentally low-impact, contemporary design at home and abroad.
Morris studied at Oxford and gained his Diploma in Architecture in 1981. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Association of Project Managers.
After graduating Morris worked with a number of practices becoming an Associate Partner at an Oxfordshire practice.

Morris Richards Associates is a multi-disciplinary architecture practice based in Bristol.
We are an RIBA chartered practice and have completed over 400 residential, commercial and leisure projects across southern England and Europe, ranging from internal alterations and domestic extensions, to science parks and large office and industrial complexes.
The practice can offer a range of services during the concept, feasibility, design and construction stages of a project.

We PROVIDE architecture, town planning, project management and landscape consultancy services.
We have previously submitted over 150 planning applications and worked with major landowners, institutions, public sector bodies, developers, occupiers, investors, retailers, sports clubs, schools, hospices as well as private individuals across the UK and Europe.
We offer services including planning applications and appeals, policy advice, listed buildings, legal agreements and negotiating and advising on the content of complex planning obligations (S106 Agreements), advice on planning and related areas of law, including lawful development certificates, enforcement matters and compulsory purchase orders.
We are an APM qualified practice and offer a multidisciplinary approach to project management which combines our construction, architectural and planning experience.
